Jamie Simmonds is an experienced Chief Executive Officer in the financial services industry, with an extensive background predominantly in retail and corporate banking, and more recently in wealth management. His 31 years in the industry have been with NatWest, Coutts, Royal Bank of Scotland, Gerrards, and Close Brothers. He spent over 15 years in major operations departments, together with running significant financial services businesses on an end-to-end basis. He is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, a Certified Financial adviser, and an alumnus of Harvard Business School.

Richard is an FCA who worked with KPMG in their Melbourne and London offices and later with Pannell Kerr Forster, Melbourne. Moving into banking, Richard was Deputy General Manager of Banco Nacional de Mexico (Banamex) London, Director of Banamex Investment Limited and a Vice President at Banamex Group level. Prior to joining the Bank, Richard worked as a consultant in the Financial Services sector. He is a member of the Association of Foreign Banks, Financial Controllers Committee, and the Guild of International Bankers.


Ayodele Okunola
A graduate in business administration and documentary credit specialist, Ayodele co-ordinates our trade services business within the West African sub-region focusing on growth strategies and overall efficient service delivery to our clients. Drawing on her extensive experience in trade finance and correspondent banking relationship management, she has responsibility for developing products and structures that provide effective support to clients of Intercontinental Bank (UK) Plc, and will deepen our market share of trade flows from Nigeria, Ghana and other countries of the West Africa sub-region.
